Job Description : GENERAL MANAGER / SR. DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS – FOOD MANUFACTURING USA ???? Near Atlanta -GA | Onsite ???? $250K–$300K Base ?? Up to 25% Travel ???? Food Manufacturing This is a newly created leadership role reporting directly to the COO of a PE-backed food manufacturer. You'll own the entire operation: ???? $50M facility ???? 175 hourly employees ???? Full P&L responsibility ???? Production | Quality | Safety | Supply Chain | Logistics ???? 25+ changeovers PER DAY ?? This is NOT a traditional big-CPG operations role. We need an entrepreneurial operator who can walk in, take the wheel, and figure things out without waiting for a corporate playbook. ???? THE MUST-HAVES ? 10+ years of progressive food manufacturing leadership ? Full P&L ownership ? High-mix / low-volume manufacturing experience ? Strong career stability ? Bachelor's degree ? SQF / HACCP / USDA / FDA / GFSI knowledge ? Comfortable from the production floor to the executive room Frozen, refrigerated, handmade/boutique food, PE-backed, and Six Sigma experience are all big pluses. ????
