Job Description : CEO GERMANY FOR EUROPE 25+ years experience Open to International candidates Chief Operating Officer. This is a significant international leadership position, managing several manufacturing facilities across Western Europe and the US, with a clear mandate around operational performance, transformation and people leadership. Importantly, the scope of the position is expected to expand further, with planned acquisitions forming part of the organisation’s future growth strategy. I’m particularly interested in speaking with senior Operations leaders who bring: • Multi-site manufacturing leadership across complex FMCG environments • International responsibility across Europe and/or the US • Experience integrating new sites/businesses following acquisition • A strong track record of operational transformation • Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement expertise • Significant leadership and organisational development experience • A highly visible, hands-on approach to leadership • Fluent German and English language capability
