Job Description : Chief Financial Officer – Multi Billion Dollar Alternatives Fund UAE (Full relocation & Ex-Pat package on offer) This is a rare opportunity to build the financial architecture of an institution designed for scale and institutional governance. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and Board, acting as the senior financial steward. Key responsibilities include: · Leading financial strategy, capital management and ALCO oversight · Establishing robust NAV processes, treasury and liquidity frameworks · Ensuring full regulatory compliance across UAE and international standards · Building and mentoring the finance and fund operations team · Overseeing investor reporting for sovereign, family office and institutional stakeholders The Ideal Candidate: · Proven CFO or senior finance leader at a sovereign wealth fund, large scale multiverse alternative investment manager, or global asset manager with significant AUM · Deep expertise in evergreen / open ended fund structures, IFRS, and UAE regulatory frameworks · Track record of building scalable financial operations in high growth environments · Able to handle complex, multi entity, multi currency structures with confidence · Based in or willing to relocate to the UAE
