Job Description : GM BOTTLING PLANT GUINEA 25+ years experience Bachelors or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field MBA is an advantage, particularly for candidates without prior FMCG or bottling sector experience Experience Minimum 8–10 years of senior management experience, with at least 5 years in a General Manager or equivalent P&L-owning role Proven experience in FMCG, beverages, bottling, or related manufacturing and distribution sectors Experience managing a Coca-Cola or equivalent franchise bottling operation is a strong advantage Track record of managing commercial negotiations with major brand principals under time pressure Experience operating in Francophone West Africa (Guinea, Cte d’Ivoire, Senegal, or equivalent markets) is strongly preferred Hands-on experience managing plant operations, spare parts procurement, and CAPEX planning in a manufacturing environment Skills Commercial acumen: ability to manage and grow a branded FMCG business with full volume, revenue, and margin accountability Financial literacy: ability to read, interpret, and act on P&L statements, budget variances, and KPI dashboards Supply chain management: ability to manage procurement, inventory, and distribution — including crisis management when key supply items are at risk Leadership and people management: ability to build, motivate, and hold a senior team accountable in a complex operating environment Negotiation: proven ability to manage high-stakes commercial negotiations with major principals and partners French is required — this is a Francophone operating environment. English is an asset. Rigorous, commercially decisive, and able to act with speed and judgment under operational pressure
