Finance Manager

Job Description : Finance Manager – Qatar A leading Group in Qatar is looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead and oversee the finance function across the Group’s service-oriented companies. Key Responsibilities: • Lead overall financial operations across multiple entities. • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. • Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning. • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS and applicable Qatar regulations. • Oversee accounting, audit, internal controls and financial policies. • Monitor financial performance and provide management with meaningful financial analysis. • Lead and develop the finance team. • Work closely with senior management to support business and strategic decisions. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. • 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience, including managerial experience. • Strong experience in service companies / service-oriented business environments. • Experience in a Group / Multi-Company environment is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting and cash-flow management. • Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel. • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent is preferred. • Qatar/GCC experience is an advantage. • Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills. ????
