Head of Operational Finance

Job Description : Head of Operational Finance, UAE Own 4-Wall EBITDA and multi-unit P&L for a leading services business in the UAE. Who we need: CA / ACCA / CPA, 10+ years in finance (3–5 in UAE/GCC), with proven multi-unit P&L ownership in Retail, F&B, Hospitality, Leisure, FEC or Cinema. IFRS 16 fluency and Odoo/NetSuite exposure preferred. What you'll own: Revenue & margin optimisation • New-site feasibility (IRR/NPV/payback) • CAPEX governance • Working capital • P&L close & investor reporting
