What You’ll Do As the Head of Regional Engineering, Project & Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic coordination and governance of engineering initiatives across the Group. Your mission is to ensure that all engineering programmes, capital projects, and technology implementations are aligned with the Group’s transformation agenda while delivering maximum operational synergy and investment efficiency. Your key responsibilities include: Develop and implement a Group-wide roadmap that integrates enterprise engineering initiatives for optimal synergy and long-term growth. Establish frameworks to monitor progress, risks, and performance of major engineering projects across business units. Prioritise and sequence engineering projects to maximise resource utilisation and cost-effectiveness. Champion best practices and methodologies to enhance execution consistency across the organisation. Build strong partnerships with leadership teams to ensure alignment on engineering priorities. Identify emerging trends and foster innovation within the engineering community. What You’ll Bring You are an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing complex engineering portfolios across large organisations. Your ability to influence stakeholders, optimise investments, and drive results through collaboration sets you apart. Key qualifications include: A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Professional certification preferred; postgraduate qualification is an advantage). At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in delivering regional large-scale engineering initiatives Expertise in sectors such as industrial operations, manufacturing, energy, or agribusiness is highly desirable. Proficiency in portfolio management, project governance, value engineering, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Strategic thinker with an enterprise mindset. Skilled in influencing without authority and driving results through others. Adept at navigating complexity and fostering innovation within teams.
