Job Description : Corporate Quality Head- POLAND Open to International candidates Seeking an experienced Corporate Quality Head to lead quality strategy and governance across multiple plants for the Automotive Lighting business, with strong exposure to 4W OEM customers and international/export customers. Key Responsibilities Lead corporate quality strategy and multi-plant quality operations. Manage quality relationships with 4W OEMs, Tier-1 customers and global/export customers. Drive customer complaints, 8D, RCA, CAPA and zero-defect initiatives. Ensure robust APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC & MSA implementation. Lead supplier quality, process capability and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements. Drive NPD/launch quality, audits, customer quality reviews and quality KPI improvement. Lead and develop Plant Quality Heads and corporate quality teams. Ideal Candidate 18–25 years of experience in Automotive Quality, preferably Automotive Lighting. Strong experience handling 4W OEM customers and export/international customers. Exposure to LED lighting, electronics and plastic components preferred. Proven experience in Corporate / Multi-Plant Quality leadership. Strong customer, supplier and QMS management experience. Engineering qualification preferred.
