Job Description : Plant Head – Manufacturing Location: Stockholm, Sweden Industry Preference: Automotive / Auto Components / Industrial Manufacturing Experience: 15+ years Nationality: Indian Language: Swedish – Fluent / Professional proficiency Work Authorization: Must already have the legal right to work in Sweden About the Role We are looking for an experienced Factory Head / Plant Head to lead manufacturing operations for a growing industrial organization based in Stockholm, Sweden. The ideal candidate will be an Indian professional currently based in Sweden, or someone who has spent at least 5 years working in Sweden, with strong exposure to manufacturing operations and demonstrated experience managing large-scale production environments. Candidates from the automotive / auto-components sector will be strongly preferred. • Take complete ownership of factory / plant operations, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operational Excellence. • Drive overall plant performance, productivity, OEE, cost optimization and operational efficiency. • Lead and develop a large workforce comprising both blue-collar and white-collar employees. • Establish a strong culture of continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence. • Drive initiatives around Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Six Sigma, VSM and problem-solving methodologies. • Ensure adherence to stringent quality, safety, environmental and compliance standards. • Manage production planning, capacity utilization, manpower planning and delivery performance. • Lead factory-level P&L / cost management, budgeting and productivity improvement initiatives. • Build strong relationships with Swedish employees, unions, suppliers and other local stakeholders. • Lead transformation and change-management initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
