Job Description : Plant Head Nairobi, Kenya | Pharmaceutical Manufacturing * Location: Nairobi, Kenya * Age: Preferably below 45 years * Experience: 15 to 25 years Strong experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing / plant operations with a pharmaceutical company of high repute. Currently the prospective candidate shall be managing entire operations of a Pharmaceutical Formulation plant manufacturing Opthalmic and Sterile Formulations. * Dosage forms: Eye drops / sterile formulations, with exposure to tablets and syrups also desirable * Employee Strength: 500+ employees * Reporting: Directly to the Managing Director * Role: • Overall responsibility for plant operations, production, quality, GMP compliance, productivity, manpower and cost optimisation. • Coordinate with procurement team to ensure stocks of API, PPM,SPM etc. • Coordination with sales team on production planning. • Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharmaceutical Sciences or relevant technical qualification. • Key requirement: Proven experience in handling a sizeable pharmaceutical manufacturing facility and large teams. • Compensation: 8–9 lakh per month + accommodation + vehicle depending on experience, Skill Set, Current CTC and suitability for this role.
