PLANT HEAD

Job Description : PLANT HEAD – NAIROBI, KENYA | PHARMACEUTICAL MANUFACTURING We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead a sizeable pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Nairobi, Kenya. Key Requirements: • Location: Nairobi, Kenya • Experience: Strong experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing & plant operations • Dosage Forms: Eye drops / sterile formulations; exposure to tablets and syrups will be an advantage • Plant Size: 500+ employees • Reporting To: Managing Director • Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharmaceutical Sciences or relevant technical qualification • Age: Preferably below 45 years • Team Leadership: Proven experience managing 500+ employees and a sizeable manufacturing facility Key Responsibilities: • Overall responsibility for plant operations, production, quality, GMP compliance, productivity, manpower planning and cost optimisation. • Coordinate with the Procurement Team to ensure adequate stocks of API, PPM, SPM and other critical manufacturing materials. • Coordinate closely with the Sales Team for production planning, demand forecasting and timely execution of production schedules. • Ensure smooth and efficient plant operations while maintaining quality, compliance and productivity standards. • Drive manpower optimisation, operational efficiency and cost control across the plant. Compensation: ?8–9 lakh per month + accommodation + vehicle, depending on experience and suitability.
