Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Metals Location: UAE Industry: Metal Recycling | Non-Ferrous Metals | Metal Trading | Manufacturing We are looking for a seasoned and commercially driven COO to lead an integrated metals business across recycling, manufacturing, and international trading. The role will have complete P&L ownership across scrap sourcing, plant operations, global metal trading, finished-goods sales, and market expansion, with a strong focus on Aluminum and Copper. Key Requirements: • 20–25+ years of experience in the metals industry • Strong expertise in non-ferrous metals, particularly Aluminum and/or Copper • Experience managing both metal recycling/manufacturing operations and international metal trading • Deep knowledge of bulk scrap procurement, supplier development, and finished-goods sales • Proven P&L ownership and profitability management • Strong leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams • UAE/GCC market exposure or upstream/mining experience will be an added advantage
