Job Description : General Manager – UAE Operations Location: Karama, Dubai, UAE Industry: FMCG | Organic Food | Retail Distribution Experience: 8–12 years We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and grow the UAE operations of a fast-growing organic food/FMCG brand. Key Responsibilities: • UAE market expansion and business strategy • Sales, retail & distribution development • Managing import, logistics & supply chain • Brand marketing and business development • Team leadership and P&L management • Building relationships with retailers, distributors and B2B partners Requirements: • 8–12 years of UAE/GCC FMCG experience • Strong knowledge of UAE retail and food distribution • Proven track record in brand launch/growth • Strong leadership and communication skills • Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset
