KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – EXPECTED ?? Lead the overall commercial management strategy across the assigned project or program. ?? Provide senior-level oversight of contracts, procurement, cost, commercial risk, claims, and change management. ?? Establish and maintain robust commercial governance, controls, and reporting frameworks. ?? Lead commercial negotiations with clients, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders. ?? Oversee contract administration and ensure contractual and commercial obligations are effectively managed. ?? Monitor project commercial performance, forecasts, budgets, commitments, and financial exposure. ?? Provide strategic guidance on variations, claims, contractual risks, and commercial opportunities. ?? Support executive management with commercial analysis, reporting, and recommendations for key decisions. ?? Coordinate with project, cost, procurement, legal, finance, and contract management teams. ?? Lead and develop the commercial team while maintaining high standards of commercial governance and accountability. ????
