Job Description : GM/DGM - FINANCE & ACCOUNTS KENYA Location: Integrated Steel Plant/ Mining Operations Key Responsibilities Lead Finance & Accounts, MIS and Financial Reporting. Handle Taxation, GST, TDS and Statutory Compliance. Manage AR/AP, Debtors, Credit Control and Fund Management. Drive Budgeting, Cost Control and Working Capital Management. Manage Internal, Tax & Statutory Audits. Oversee Commercial Operations, Contracts, Reconciliations and SAP/ERP. Candidate Profile CA / CMA preferred; MBA Finance / M.Com may be considered. 18–25 years’ experience, preferably in Steel / Mining / Manufacturing. Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Audit, Commercial Finance and SAP/ERP.
