Job Description : Chief Operating Officer Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: B2B Commodities | Dry Agricultural Commodities Trading We are seeking a seasoned, entrepreneurial Chief Operating Officer to lead and scale international agri-commodities trading operations. In this hands-on leadership role, you will take full P&L ownership, drive global procurement and sales, and spearhead market expansion across Africa, India, and the UAE. Key Requirements: • 20–25 years of overall experience in B2B international commodities trading • Strong, hands-on expertise in dry agricultural commodities, including grains, pulses, and oilseeds • Proven operational and market exposure across Africa, India, and the UAE — UAE experience is mandatory • Demonstrated track record of P&L management, entity setup, and scaling business operations across geographies • Career progression from front-line trading/commercial roles into senior leadership • MBA preferred
