Job Description : Vice President / Director Global Operations & Supply Chain Strategy Location: Remote / Hybrid (US / Global Mobility) Compensation: $440,000 – $480,000 USD + Performance Bonus & Executive Equity Company: Global Fortune Scale Industrial & Technology Enterprise Key Responsibilities Drive enterprise level operational transformation, manufacturing efficiency, and global supply chain resilience across multi region facilities. Lead cross-functional P&L units, spearheading commercial growth, cost optimization, and post-merger integration. Partner with the C-suite and Board to architect long-term strategic roadmaps, clean-tech initiatives, and advanced operational frameworks. Oversee international vendor networks, multi site distribution logistics, and large scale asset remanufacturing programs. Champion continuous improvement initiatives, lean execution, and leadership development across global teams. Ideal Profile 15+ to 25+ years of progressive senior leadership experience across large-scale industrial, high tech manufacturing, global supply chain, or engineering domains. Proven track record of managing multi-million/billion dollar P&L portfolios and complex international operations. Demonstrated ability to transition complex business units into high-margin, scalable operations. Experience steering large global teams across the US, APAC, or EMEA regions. High strategic agility with exceptional executive presence and board-level stakeholder management.
