Job Description : COO HOSPITALITY GCC The organization operates a diverse portfolio of premium dining concepts across multiple GCC markets and is on an aggressive growth trajectory through new brand launches, market expansion and strategic investments. Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end operations across a portfolio of premium restaurant brands. - Drive business performance, profitability, customer experience, and operational excellence across multiple concepts. - Develop and execute growth strategies in partnership with the executive leadership team. - Oversee large cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Projects, and Business Performance. - Lead new restaurant openings, CAPEX planning, business expansion, and operational transformation initiatives. - Establish scalable operating processes, governance frameworks, and performance metrics. - Partner with senior leadership, promoters, and key stakeholders on strategic business initiatives. - Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture. Skills and qualifications: - 15+ years of leadership experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry. - Proven experience leading multi-brand restaurant businesses with premium, casual dining, or fine dining concepts. - Demonstrated success managing large-scale operations across multiple locations or countries. - Strong commercial acumen with ownership of business performance and profitability. - Experience leading business expansion, new store openings, and operational transformation. - Exposure to Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, CAPEX planning, and cross-functional leadership. - Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with promoters, boards, or senior leadership teams. - International experience, particularly within the GCC or similar markets, will be an added advantage.
