Plant Manager

Job Description : Plant Manager – Pharmaceutical (Tablets & Capsules) position based in Kenya. Location: Kenya Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Product Segment: Tablets & Capsules looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to lead and manage end-to-end pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: ???? Lead and manage complete plant operations for Tablet & Capsule manufacturing ???? Ensure achievement of production targets, quality standards and delivery timelines ???? Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP and applicable regulatory requirements ???? Oversee manufacturing activities including dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation and packing ???? Drive productivity, yield improvement, cost reduction and operational excellence ???? Manage and develop cross-functional teams including Production, QA, QC, Engineering and Warehouse ???? Handle deviations, CAPA, change controls and audit observations ???? Support regulatory inspections and customer audits ???? Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and plant resources ???? Drive EHS, safety and continuous improvement initiatives Candidate Profile: ???? Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.E. / M.E. / M.Sc 1) . or relevant pharmaceutical qualification ???? Experience: 15–20+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing ???? Preferred Background: Strong experience in Formulation Manufacturing – Tablets & Capsules, with exposure to managing overall plant operations. Key Skills: ?
