Job Description : Chief Operating Officer – ICT Location: Accra, Ghana Experience: 15+ Years Qualification: Master's Degree in IT / Computer Science / MIS or related field We are looking for an accomplished Chief Operating Officer – ICT to provide strategic and operational leadership across a dynamic ICT cluster. Key Responsibilities ???? Develop and execute the long-term ICT strategy aligned with organisational objectives ???? Lead digital transformation and adoption of emerging technologies including AI, IoT, Big Data Analytics, Blockchain and RPA ???? Drive operational excellence, process optimisation, cost efficiency and technology deployment ???? Oversee ICT financial planning, budgeting, investment and resource allocation ???? Identify new ICT-driven products, services and business opportunities ???? Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors, government agencies and private-sector stakeholders ???? Lead ICT risk management, cybersecurity, governance, compliance and business continuity ???? Manage relationships with C-suite executives, subsidiary heads and external stakeholders ???? Lead, develop and build a high-performing ICT leadership team ???? Drive organisational change and adoption of new technologies and processes
