Job Description : ) lant Manager (Automotive Manufacturing) | Pursat, Cambodia | Open to Expatriates | CKD/SKD Assembly Experience Required About the Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in CKD and/or SKD assembly operations to lead a growing automotive manufacturing facility. Open to expatriate candidates willing to relocate to Cambodia. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, productivity, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities ? Lead and manage overall plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics functions ? Drive operational performance to achieve productivity, quality, delivery, and cost targets ? Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and local regulatory requirements ? Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across all plant functions ? Establish and maintain a strong Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) culture ? Manage plant budgets, forecasts, operational KPIs, and resource planning ? Develop, coach, and mentor management teams to build a high-performance organization ? Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on production planning, engineering improvements, and quality initiatives ? Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, government authorities, and external partners ? Support new product launches, technology transfers, and manufacturing expansion projects Salary: up to 5,500 USD + other benefits
