Position title : Sales Head - Poultry Feed Job location : West Africa Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate Experience: Around 15+ years in Poultry Feed Sales Salary offered : Open, based on experience Entitlements: Accommodations + Transportation + Incentives + Annual leave benefits, Roles & responsibilities: •Exploring new markets, managing Poultry Feed sales operations. •Establishing distribution networks and achieving desired goals by managing a team of professionals. •Manage the sales and marketing operations and accountable for top line and bottom-line growth. •Define and implement strategies for market penetration of Poultry Feed sales. •Market intelligence and business planning. •Planning & scheduling individual/team assignments to achieve goals • Formulating strategic plans to enhance operations. • Develop and sustain the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain. • Expand the distributor infrastructure and appoint new partners in untapped markets. •Evaluate performance & monitor distributor sales and marketing activities. •Facilitate Training & development to Feed sales team. Desired candidate profile : - Graduate / Post-Graduate - Around 15+ years’ experience in Poultry Feed sales of which at least 5 years as Sales Head in Poultry Feed company. - Advanced Sales & Marketing skills - Advanced human relation skills - Moderate financial skills - Valid Indian passport
