Job Description : Head – EPC Projects Location: Hyderabad Experience: 20–25+ Years Qualification: B. Tech / B.E. – Civil Engineering Role We are looking for a senior Operations Head with 20–25+ years of experience in EPC project execution, planning, monitoring and construction management, preferably in Heavy Industries / Industrial Projects / Infrastructure EPC. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of large EPC projects from planning through commissioning and handover. Drive project planning, scheduling, monitoring and timely execution. Manage project cost, resources, contractors, subcontractors and productivity. Monitor project progress, critical milestones, quality and HSE. Lead multiple project sites and large project teams. Manage clients, consultants, vendors and other key stakeholders. Drive resolution of project bottlenecks, risks and execution issues. Ensure projects are delivered within time, cost, quality and contractual parameters. Drive operational excellence, project controls and continuous improvement. Key Requirements B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering – Mandatory 20–25+ years of EPC project execution and planning experience. Strong exposure to Heavy Industries / Industrial EPC / Large-scale Infrastructure Projects. Experience managing large projects, multiple sites and senior project teams. Strong knowledge of project planning, construction, contracts, cost control and project monitoring. Strong leadership and client/stakeholder management skills.
