Job Description : Head – Business Excellence Based in Dubai AED 55,000 – 59,000 per month plus excellent family benefits We are currently supporting a leading organisation in the UAE in the appointment of a Head of Business Excellence. This is a senior and highly strategic position, responsible for driving enterprise-wide performance, governance, transformation and operational excellence. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement enterprise-wide business excellence and continuous improvement frameworks. • Establish performance governance structures, KPIs, benchmarks and reporting mechanisms. • Review and enhance operating models, governance frameworks, policies, procedures, delegated authorities and service agreements. • Partner with senior leadership on corporate strategy, transformation, growth and organisational optimisation. • Lead strategic initiatives and ensure project portfolios remain aligned with business priorities. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, innovation and operational optimisation. • Lead the organisational performance management function, monitoring key business and operational indicators. • Lead change management initiatives and promote accountability, innovation and high-performance practices. • Work closely with the senior leadership team and department heads to ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable business value and ROI. • Provide advisory support across areas including asset management, real estate development, project management and management consulting. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA would be advantageous. • PMP certification or equivalent is mandatory. • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is mandatory. • 15+ years of professional experience, with significant experience in business excellence, strategy, transformation, PMO or management consulting. • Strong PMO and programme management background, preferably gained within a consulting or complex corporate environment. • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with demonstrated experience in business performance, governance, budgeting, business planning and strategic initiatives. • Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide transformation, performance improvement and strategic projects. • Candidates with Big Four consulting experience are particularly preferred.
