Job Description : CFO AUTO GROUP CARIBBEAN About the Role: We are looking for a visionary, highly disciplined, and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead our financial enterprise. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee financial governance, spearhead dynamic capital management strategies, streamline internal auditing, and lead our accounting operations toward maximum profitability and compliance. Key Responsibilities: hashtag#Strategic_Financial_Leadership: Direct and optimize all corporate accounting, financial planning, budget formulation, and cash flow management across the group and its subsidiaries. hashtag#Banking_and_Treasury_Operations: Lead negotiations with banking institutions to secure high-efficiency trade financing, lines of credit, and Letters of Credit (L/Cs & L/Gs) tailored for vehicle and spare parts importation. hashtag#Governance_and_Risk_Management: Establish and enforce rigorous internal control frameworks, mitigating financial risks while ensuring strict adherence to tax laws and statutory regulations. hashtag#Digital_Transformation_and_Financial_Analytics: Leverage ERP Systems and advanced MS Excel Financial Modeling to streamline reporting accuracy, financial forecasting, and operational visibility. hashtag#Performance_and_Operational_Alignment: Deliver high-precision financial reports and strategic insights to the Board, directly linking financial metrics to sales, after-sales, and supply chain operations. hashtag#Departmental_Leadership: Exercise decisive, authoritative leadership to elevate, structure, and optimize the performance of the core finance and accounting teams. Target Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum_15+ years of progressive financial leadership, with at least 10_years in a CFO or Senior Financial Director capacity. Strong preference given to candidates with an extensive background in the Automotive_Industry. Technical Mastery: Advanced command of enterprise ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle / Odoo) and expert-level proficiency in MS Excel & Financial Modeling. Qualifications: Relevant certifications (CMA, CPA, IFRS, or MBA in Finance) are highly valued.
