Job Description : CFO OMAN Chief Financial Officer (CFO) This is a key executive leadership role responsible for providing strategic financial direction and overseeing the Finance, Accounting, Contracts, and Procurement functions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving financial performance, governance, commercial excellence, and long-term business growth. Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field ? Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA is highly desirable ? Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance, contracts, and procurement functions ? At least 5 years in an executive leadership role (CFO, Finance Director, Commercial Director, or equivalent) ? Experience managing major capital projects, project financing, contracts, and procurement activities ? Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, and corporate governance ? GCC experience, particularly in Oman, is highly preferred
