HSSE Director

Job Description : HSSE Director OMAN This is a strategic executive leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for driving the Company's Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental vision while fostering a world-class safety culture and ensuring full regulatory compliance. Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline ? NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent professional certification (IOSH, CSP, etc.) ? Minimum 15 years of HSSE experience within oil & gas, heavy industrial, or related sectors ? At least 5 years in a senior HSSE leadership role ? Strong knowledge of Omani HSSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001) ? Proven experience building and sustaining a zero-harm safety culture ? Postgraduate qualification and Lead Auditor certifications are highly desirable
