Job Description : HEAD OF FINANCE Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) / United Arab Emirates (UAE) Employment Type: Full-Time Level: Senior Leadership / Executive Company: Confidential Salary: AED 65,000 – AED 85,000 per month / SAR 66,000 – SAR 87,000 per month ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY A confidential and established organization operating across the GCC is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Finance to lead its finance function and provide strategic financial leadership. The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, risk management, and financial strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead the organization's overall finance strategy and financial planning. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash-flow management. • Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership. • Develop and maintain strong financial controls and governance processes. • Monitor financial performance, profitability, and key financial indicators. • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, policies, and reporting standards. • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability. • Manage relationships with auditors, financial institutions, advisors, and other stakeholders. • Identify financial risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. IDEAL CANDIDATE • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role. • Strong background in financial management, accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. • Excellent knowledge of financial reporting and corporate finance principles. • Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial decision-making skills. • Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and growth-focused environment. • GCC or international finance leadership experience is highly desirable.
