Job Description : CEO STEEL INDUSTRY PUNJAB INDIA 20+ years experience This is INR 1000 crs operations of a large group having output of around 2L tonnes pa.based in a large industrial city of North India. The incumbent would be responsible for achieving company's goals of revenue,profits,productivity,strategic direction of the organisation.Responsibilities would also include: - P&L Management - Sales&Operations - Cost Management - Supply Chain Management - Marketing & Distribution - Factory Management - Excellent leadership qualities in providing guidance and support to the Team. - Process orientation and customer satisfaction experience is a must. - BE/BTech/MTech and Management Diploma/Degree is required. - Experience of working in North India preferred.
