Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : Chief Operating Officer to lead a mid-scale mining operation in the Middle East through commissioning, ramp-up and into production. Site based (residential), the role has an end-to-end accountability across open pit mining & plant operations / process engineering, maintenance & reliability, technical services \ grade control, HSE, infrastructure, production and operating costs. Required expertise: ?? Strong open-pit mining and processing plant experience ?? Proven delivery of commissioning, ramp-up and production ?? Experience taking a plant from project/EPCM handover into operations ?? Solid maintenance, reliability, production and cost-management capability ?? Previous Owner's Team leadership background ?? Engineering, Mining or Metallurgical degree
