Job Description : Head of Treasury & Debt Management" ???? Location: Muscat, Sultanate of Oman We are seeking an accomplished treasury professional to lead corporate treasury, liquidity management, debt restructuring, funding and banking relationships. The successful candidate will ensure adequate liquidity, optimise financing structures and support investments and projects through effective capital planning. Key responsibilities: • Manage cash flows and ensure timely fulfilment of financial and operational commitments • Lead debt restructuring and ensure compliance with financing agreements • Manage domestic and international banking relationships • Negotiate and renew credit facilities, bank limits and funding arrangements • Raise funds for new investments, projects and business requirements • Optimise leverage across business balance sheets • Support business plans, cash-flow forecasts and financial restructuring initiatives • Monitor financial risks, insurance, valuations and financing conditions • Strengthen relationships with banks and other financial institutions • Lead, mentor and develop the treasury team Candidate profile: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline • 7–9 years' experience in similar executive role • Demonstrated exposure to debt restructuring, liquidity planning and fund-raising • Strong understanding of corporate finance, banking facilities, financial risk and accounting principles • Excellent financial analysis, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills • Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving capabilities • Experience working with multiple business units or a diversified operating environment would be advantageous • Relevant professional qualifications such as CFA, ACT, CTP, ACCA or CA would be preferred
