North of England - Relocation on Offer | National & International Search ???? £Executive Salary & Package This is not a conventional role as it requires a commercially driven, entrepreneurial executive capable of creating sustainable and profitable growth across its customers, products, channels and markets. The successful individual will: ???? Lead and align multiple commercial teams ???? Develop UK and European customers, distributors and strategic partners ???? Identify new products, markets and revenue streams ???? Influence product design, product strategy and new-product development ???? Connect commercial strategy with manufacturing capability ???? Understand supply-chain volatility, materials, BOM costs and product complexity ???? Improve pricing, margin, working capital and EBITDA ???? Work as a genuine peer across the Executive and Senior Leadership teams ???? Help create a healthy, accountable and high-performing culture I’m particularly interested in speaking with leaders from organisations operating across: ???? Modular accommodation and offsite manufacturing ???? Branded consumer durables and lifestyle products ???? Design-led manufacturing and engineered products ???? Businesses selling through dealers, distributors, fleets or international partners ???? Premium marine, boating and watersports ???? Outdoor leisure and recreational products ???? Hospitality and leisure ???? Motorcycles and premium mobility We are open-minded about sector background and will consider commercially orientated Managing Directors, General Managers, Country Managers, Chief Commercial Officers and experienced Commercial or Sales Directors ready to step into broader enterprise leadership. European customer experience is important. French or another European language would be advantageous, but it is not essential.
