Job Description : Director of Food & Beverage – Luxury Resort Location: Fiji Compensation: AUD $6,000–$8,000 per month + living expenses Benefits: On-site accommodation, local medical insurance, annual flights home, work permit & more We are recruiting for a luxury island resort in Fiji seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to oversee the full F&B operation and lead a high-level guest experience in an intimate luxury environment. The Role Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and luxury standards Lead and develop the F&B team across the resort's outlets Drive beverage strategy with a strong focus on wine and sommelier programmes Manage day-to-day operations, service standards and overall guest satisfaction Work closely with senior leadership to develop and enhance the resort's F&B offering Take a hands-on approach to leadership within a smaller, luxury resort environment
