This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional to act as the senior operational leader and Number Two to the COO/General Manager, bringing structure, accountability and strong day-to-day leadership to a complex luxury operation. The Role Oversee day-to-day operations across Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering & Maintenance and Guest Experience Drive operational standards, service delivery and consistency across the resort Lead workforce planning, team performance and cross-departmental communication Work closely with senior leadership to bring structure, accountability and operational insight to the operation
