P.A. ???? Candidate Profile ???? Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm ???? Experience: 20+ years of experience in Injectables and OSD Manufacturing Operations ???? Proven experience in managing end-to-end manufacturing operations across Injectables and Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) facilities ???? Candidates must have experience with reputed pharmaceutical companies serving regulated markets ???? Strong exposure to GMP, regulatory compliance, quality systems, productivity, cost optimization, and operational excellence ???? Experience in managing large-scale manufacturing facilities, production teams, and cross-functional operations ???? Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of achieving manufacturing, quality, productivity, and business objectives ???? Exposure to USFDA / EU-GMP and other regulated-market requirements will be an added advantage ?
