Job Description : Head – NPD (New Product Development) KENYA ? Exp – 15 to 20 years ? Skills : · New Product Development · Strong knowledge of flexible packaging films Recipe and polymer technology. · Hands-on understanding of BOPP/BOPET/CPP/PE film manufacturing and applications. · Understanding of extrusion, film stretching/orientation technologies. · Knowledge of surface treatment technologies such as corona treatment. · Strong knowledge of film testing and characterization techniques. · Knowledge of barrier, sealability, adhesion, optical and mechanical properties. · Strong knowledge of quality systems, technical documentation and product specifications. ? Head – NPD is responsible for heading New Product Development function for flexible packaging films by identifying market and customer requirements, developing innovative film structures and formulations, managing plant trials, and ensuring successful commercialization of new products.
