Job Description : HEAD – TECHNICAL ???? Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria ???? Salary: USD 4,000 per month ? Industry: Marine / Offshore / Shipping We are looking for an experienced Head – Technical to lead the technical integrity, reliability, maintenance, and lifecycle management of a marine fleet. Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical or related Engineering discipline • 8–10 years of experience in Marine Engineering, Fleet Technical Management, Vessel Maintenance or Offshore Operations • Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or management role • Strong experience in fleet maintenance, machinery, propulsion and electrical systems • Hands-on exposure to dry-docking, major repairs and technical projects • Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, classification and statutory compliance • Experience in Technical OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, procurement and vendor management • Expertise in root-cause analysis, asset lifecycle management and team leadership.
