Job Description : Head - Business HR / HR Business Partner – Nigeria- Oil & Gas / LNG The HR Business Partner Would Partner with Business & Project leadership to Support Expansion & Operational Readiness through effective Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Employee Relations & HR Operations. Key Responsibilities Partner with Business leaders on People & Organisational matters. Drive Workforce Planning, Manpower Budgeting & Organisation effectiveness. Support Recruitment & Deployment of Critical Talent. Drive Performance Management, Talent Reviews & Succession Planning. Manage Employee Relations, engagement & Workplace Culture. Ensure effective execution of HR operations & Employee lifecycle Processes. Monitor HR Metrics - Provide Actionable insights to Management. Ensure compliance with HR policies & Applicable Employment Requirements. Support Organisational Change & expansion-Related HR initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's / Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. 6–10 years of relevant HR experience. Strong experience in HR Business Partnering & HR Operations. Experience in workforce planning, employee Relations & Performance Management. Experience in energy, LNG, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing or a Complex Operating environment is Preferred. Candidates With Experience in Nigeria Would be Desirable
