Job Description : HEAD OF SALES / COMMERCIAL HEAD – POLYMER INDUSTRY ???? ???? Location: Nigeria ???? Industry: Polymer | Petrochemical | Plastics Manufacturing | Packaging We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales / Commercial Head to lead sales strategy, revenue growth, key accounts, and commercial operations for a leading polymer manufacturing & trading business. ???? Ideal Candidate: • 8–12+ years of progressive B2B sales experience • 4–5+ years in a senior sales/commercial leadership role • Experience in Polymer / Petrochemical / Plastics / Chemical / Manufacturing • Strong network among Nigerian industrial customers & plastic converters • Good understanding of PP, PE, PET, PVC, polymer resins & chemicals • Strong negotiation, commercial and leadership skills • Bachelor’s degree in Polymer/Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or related field • MBA / postgraduate qualification will be an advantage ?? Frequent travel across Nigeria & West Africa is expected.
