Operations Manager

Job Description : Operations Officer to be based in Malawi. Candidates should possess Oil & Energy sector experience of at least 12 years. Operations Officer shall be responsible for but not limited to the following: · Maintain and oversee operations of petroleum products. · Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability, · Streamline current operations of all business units · Ensure that; regulatory, compliance, quality and legal rules are followed · Create and manage logistics of all ongoing and future trades · Maintain records of all marine operations and product movements in Malawi · Develop proposals; provide feedbacks to line manager Requirements 1. Minimum of 12 years of experience as Operations Coordinator/Officer in Oil and Energy industry is a must. 2. Holder of Diploma in related subject 3. Interpersonal and Communications skills
