QA Site Lead

Job Description : QA Site Lead (Head of Quality) - Switzerland - Permanent Open to International candidates R&D Partners are supporting the continued growth of a biopharmaceutical CDMO in Switzerland as they look to appoint a new QA Site Lead. This role will be responsible for the QA Leadership at site level; the current team sits at 20 heads across QA Operations, QMS, and QC functions. To be considered, you will have: ? A proven track record of building a positive quality culture at site level, responsible for inspiring team members and functional counter-parts. ? Experience in Drug product manufacturing; Biologics, sterile and aseptic manufacturing are all relevant. ? A commercial mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferably with a previous experience within a CDMO. ? Experience leading a whole Quality organisation as Site Head. ? Experience hosting regulatory inspections; FDA is a must, Swissmedic is a bonus. ???? Professional English is required; German would be beneficial (Or at least a willingness to learn German) ?? Professionals already living in Switzerland or Europe would be preferred, but sponsorship for the right person could also be considered.
