Senior Leadership Role Our client, a leading organisation with operations across East Africa, is seeking an experienced and commercially astute supply chain and operations leader to provide strategic oversight across procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, distribution and regional operations. The role requires a strategic operator who can balance cost efficiency with service reliability across multiple East African markets. The successful candidate will strengthen supplier performance, optimise inventory and working capital, improve regional distribution networks and lead high-performing operational teams. Applicants should have 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or operations, including senior or regional leadership experience. Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSP-K, KISM or CILT will be an added advantage.
