Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Group CFO Location: Doha, Qatar Reporting To: Group DCEO, CEO & Board of Directors Al Hattab Holding is seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Group's financial strategy, governance, performance, and transformation across its diversified business portfolio. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, DCEO, Board, and shareholders, driving sustainable growth, financial excellence, and value creation. Key Responsibilities Lead Group financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and performance management. Oversee consolidated financial reporting, IFRS compliance, governance, and internal controls. Manage treasury, banking relationships, cash flow, funding, and working capital optimization. Drive commercial finance, profitability improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives. Lead risk management, taxation, audit, and compliance activities. Support strategic investments, business expansion, and corporate finance initiatives. Drive finance transformation, digitalization, and organizational capability development. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CIMA. Minimum 25+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including 5+ years in a CFO, Group CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent executive role. Proven experience within a holding company, diversified group, family business, or multi-entity organization. Strong expertise in Corporate Finance, Treasury, FP&A, IFRS, Financial Reporting, Governance, Risk Management, and Finance Transformation. GCC experience and familiarity with regional banking and business environments are highly preferred.
