Based in Dubai, you will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, fostering an elite organizational culture across a diverse, multi-ethnic workforce of over 10,000 employees. The ideal candidate blends timeless service excellence with modern HR strategy, talent development, and large-scale regional operational mastery. Key Responsibilities & Profile Requirements Executive Leadership & Scale: At least 15 years of HR leadership experience within high-end, luxury hospitality environments, including proven success serving in a CHRO role for a large-scale organization managing 10,000+ multi-ethnic staff. Prestige Hospitality & Service Standards: Deep expertise in building high-performance service cultures aligned with five-star / ultra-luxury international standards, guest experience, and culinary excellence. MENA Regional Expertise: Comprehensive regional exposure across the Middle East & North Africa (MENA), with a clear understanding of regional labor laws, nationalization strategies, and market dynamics. Education & Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a closely related discipline. CIPD Level 7 or CIPD Fellow designation (minimum requirement).
