Job Description : FMCG BUSINESS HEAD EAST AFRICA This group is one of the fastest growing business conglomerates with a strong presence in businesses like Salt Manufacturing, Mining, Hospitality, Cable Manufacturing etc. Reporting to: Managing Director/ Owner Roles and Responsibilities The position will be responsible for managing the Sales & Distribution. · Develop Goals and Objectives that lead to Aggressive Business Growth. · Design and Implement Business Plans and Strategies to Promote Attainment of the Goals. · Ensure Resource Availability (People/Materials) to complete its activities. · Assess Company Performance against Objectives. · Coordinate Operations in ways to ensure maximum Productivity. · Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness. · Maintain Relationships with Vendors/Suppliers/Partners. · Represent the Company in Events & Conferences. · Understanding of FMCG Distribution, Marketing and Sales Planning. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification : · Bachelor's in Engineering · Masters in Business Administration Experience : Minimum 20 Year Experience with 8 Year of Independently leading the P&L.
