Job Description : ) Regional Head of Operations We are hiring for a Regional Head of Operations for a leading global player in the Heavy Lift, Specialized Transportation and Heavy Equipment industry. ?? This is a highly industry-specific requirement. We are specifically looking for professionals with strong experience in heavy lifting and specialized transportation operations. General logistics, freight forwarding, or standard transportation experience will not be relevant for this position. ???? Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Key Responsibilities: • Lead regional operations across GCC and drive operational strategy in alignment with global leadership • Oversee large-scale heavy lifting, transportation, engineering, project management and equipment operations • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget • Lead regional Operations and department managers, driving performance, productivity and continuous improvement • Oversee project escalations, scope management, variations and commercial opportunities • Ensure compliance with QHSSE, equipment maintenance and operational standards • Drive process, technology and resource optimization across the region • Develop and strengthen the regional operations team and succession pipeline • Support sustainability and environmental initiatives across operations What We're Looking For: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field • 10+ years of relevant experience in senior Operations / Project Management roles • Strong hands-on experience in Heavy Lifting and Specialized Transportation • Experience managing regional or large-scale operational teams • Strong leadership, project execution and commercial acumen • GCC experience is highly preferred ????
