Job Description : HRBP role at a global company. The role is based in Dubai, but travel can reach up to 90% of the time between Africa and Southeast Asia. Reporting directly to the CEO, as well as the VP and Regional Vice President of HR. The ideal candidate is someone willing to work under pressure, 6 days a week, holds an MBA and the following HR certifications: CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, SPHR, HRCI, CVDA, and HHROP... Master of negotiations, the ideal candidate is fluent in English, Arabic and a third language of his choice. The candidate should be Passionate. Flexible. Resilient. A team player. Willing to go the extra mile....and is grateful to receive a visa, a laptop and a place to work from. Salary: 8000 AED + Insurance Having your own visa is an advantage... Ability to teleport is a plus.
