Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (Real Estate / Asset Management) Location: Dubai I am currently working on a particularly interesting C-suite finance mandate in Dubai and would be keen to connect with senior finance leaders who may be considering an international move. Our client is a high-profile, government-backed organisation with a diverse portfolio spanning real estate, investments and commercial assets. Reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the executive leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer will lead a broad mandate encompassing Finance, Risk, Procurement and Asset Management, with significant exposure to the Board and other senior stakeholders. I am particularly interested in individuals who have operated at CFO, Deputy CFO or senior Finance Director level within large, complex and asset-intensive organisations. Relevant experience is likely to include: Real estate, investment or major infrastructure/assets Debt raising, refinancing and capital markets Relationships with investors and rating agencies M&A, investments and/or divestments Strong financial governance, reporting and controls Significant Board and senior stakeholder exposure Leadership within a large and complex organisation This opportunity would particularly suit senior finance leaders from major real estate owners, developers, investment organisations or other sophisticated asset-backed businesses.
