Job Description : Onshore Plant Manager Based in UAE Excellent Salary offered Oil and Gas Background is mandatory for this role This is a senior leadership role responsible for the safe and efficient management of Onshore Operations, Maintenance, and Construction activities, ensuring uninterrupted gas supply while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include: • Leading end-to-end onshore operations, maintenance, and construction activities. • Ensuring compliance with HSE policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Managing plant performance, reliability, and operational integrity. • Overseeing maintenance strategies, budgets, resource allocation, and project execution. • Driving operational improvements, risk mitigation, and continuous optimization initiatives. • Managing multidisciplinary teams and engaging with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring: • At least 20 years in a managerial/supervisory leadership capacity within gas plants, refineries, or similar process industries. • Strong expertise in gas processing operations, gas turbines, and compressor systems. • Proven experience managing large-scale operations, maintenance, and construction activities. • Demonstrated success in budget management, strategic planning, and operational decision-making.
