Position: Factory Manager – Plastic Manufacturing We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead and manage overall factory operations within the plastic manufacturing industry. ???? Key Responsibilities: ? Manage complete factory operations and production activities ? Develop and implement production plans and schedules ? Lead production, maintenance and factory teams ? Monitor productivity, efficiency and production targets ? Manage raw materials, machinery and manufacturing processes ? Ensure quality standards and workplace safety ? Reduce production waste and operating costs ? Monitor KPIs and continuously improve factory performance ???? Requirements: ?? Strong experience in plastic manufacturing ?? Proven factory/plant management experience ?? Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing operations ?? Strong leadership and team-management skills ?? Experience with quality, productivity and cost control ?? Saudi/GCC manufacturing experience is an advantage
